Our Return Policy
At S&H, your 100% satisfactions are our number one priority, and we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience, and the most beautiful fine jewelry that will last you a lifetime. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply exchange or return item within 30 days.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear and must not be resized or altered in any way.
Products that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Diamonds and other items that included a Diamond Certificate must be returned with the original Certificate. If the Certificate is not included, we must deduct $300 per Certificate, from the amount being refunded.
Non-Refundable Items
- Engraved jewelry items are non-refundable
- Design your own engagement rings, pendants, and earrings can be exchanged for the same or higher value items. However, they cannot be exchanged for loose diamonds.
- Custom made orders are not refundable, and non-cancellable.
- Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Clearance items are not refundable
Non-Resizable Items
Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size, milgrain or ornate bands cannot be resized so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact us.
The Return Process
Our simple return policy makes it very easy to return an item. Simply follow the instructions below:
-Return Authorization Number (RMA) let us know that you would like to return your item. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. Returns will not be accepted without this number.
-Package Your item securely in the original packing materials. Safely package the item you are returning or exchange, please include all original packaging, the invoice, any diamond grading reports or appraisal. If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the USD $300 replacement cost.
For security reasons do not write jewelry on the outside the box.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
–ensuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended. Please make sure to get a tracking confirmation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please follow the return Instructions exactly as specified to prevent failure of refunding your order. We will refuse receipt of improperly packaged and/or uninsured packages. We will not be responsible for losses or damages during shipment.
–Refund. Upon receiving the package, our quality assurance team will review the item. Upon their approval we will issue a refund within 7 business days in the original payment method, except for wire transfers, which will be refunded with a company check.
